Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10–20 business days to the US, UK, Canada, and Europe. Peak seasons (holidays, sales events) and customs processing may add a few extra days.
Shipping rates: $5.99 on orders under $150. Free shipping on orders of $150 or more.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking to update.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email us at luminaliving.official@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in processing and can't be cancelled.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping needed in most cases.
